Two day's Udyog Utsava saw around 4500 candidates turning up ins search of a job. There were more than 35 companies with a cumulative requirement of more than 3000 posts. By the end of the day, 714 candidates were given offer letters. The focus mainly was on those who are either matriculate or higher secondary. 350 candidates have been selected for further training that will ensure them a job at the executive level.
I thank Mr. Rukmangada, the coordinator who single handedly ensured these many companies have come. I thank all the representatives from the companies for coming and recruiting our people and giving positive feedback about the capability of our students. I thank Mr. Abdul Qadeer of Shaheen Institutions for being the sponsor and The Hindu for being the media partner. I thank all the friends from media for covering the programme.
We hope to conduct such programmes again in the future with bigger number of companies with more opportunities for the Highly skilled people.
Congratulations and all the Best to all those who got selected.

Dear Mr. P.C Jaffer
ReplyDeleteDC & Chairman District Council of Culture, Bidar
Please instruct concern persons to use English Language for “Bidar Utsav Website” I have noticed that “ROUTE MAP” is completely in Kannada Language which is totally not understandable for many visitors.
As we know this Bidar Utsav is not limited only for Bidar District People it has been recorded that large amount of visitors are from different states and they don’t know Kannada.
English Language is more common and convenience for all visitors instead Kannada.
Best regards
Zia Ahmed
